No matter where your are in Paris, your eyes are drawn to the Eiffel Tower. The elegant structure is a powerful visual magnet that has carved a niche in our collective psyche. Walking around the city I noticed the reflection of the tower on the glass of a bus stop. As I danced around the sidewalk looking for the best composition I noticed the building behind the glass -- a perfect backdrop. Many people think this is a "Photoshoped" image but it is not. It is a straight frame right off the camera. The only editing was the black and white conversion.
An artist proof of this image has been stolen at an art show and recently a framed piece "disappeared" at a gallery. It is yet to be found. I guess people like this photograph. The 24x34" limited edition is running out but there are still a few left in that size. Custom framed options are also available in Dallas and can be shipped in the US. Prints can be shipped worldwide. Please contact the studio for more info.
